We fully understand and respect that people want their bikes back in a timely fashion this is why we have a streamline process of taking in the bike, doing the service work and promptly contacting the customer upon completion
All flat fixes we do right away and get you out within 20min. All other smaller repairs we get it done within one day. All other repairs take a couple days due to having to order the necessary parts.
Service timelines can vary depending on how busy we are, but we work as fast as we can to get you your bike back
